Della Curva’s founder, Lisa Litt, has been in the bridal industry her entire life. Having been raised in “the business,” she is now the 3rd generation of her family to own and operate Lili Bridals, which has been a trusted name with Los Angeles area brides for 70 years. So, without hesitation, we can easily say that wedding dresses are Lisa’s passion and helping brides find their dream dress is her obsession. That, along with her unique combination of education including a degree in fashion design, her many years of practical retail bridal experience and her keen eye for fashion and design brings the kind of knowledge and dedication to you that few others can provide. And now, she’s done what so many others have not – She’s stepped outside of the bridal box and brought Southern California’s first and finest plus-size only bridal salon to life for all her beautiful brides in need of a plus-size wedding dress. Several years ago, Della Curva was just a dream that Lisa had. A wonderful dream she hoped someday would come true. And now that it has, Della Curva has arguably become the best bridal salon of its kind anywhere.

Merrick was destined for the bridal world! We first met her by chance while she was helping her best friend shop for her wedding dress at our sister store. Within a few minutes of the appointment starting, Merrick was assisting in the most positive ways and... together with our team, Merrick helped her BFF say yes to the dress of her dreams! We immediately knew she would be a fabulous addition to our team so Lisa (our owner) reached out to her shortly thereafter and the rest was history. Merrick just adores working with brides! As she always says, "I never knew how much fun a job could truly be!" Her absolute favorite part of working at Della Curva is empowering her brides by helping them see themselves as the beautiful women she knows they are.
